ummmmm i’m sorry but has ali hazlewood ever listened to an audiobook before???????? why on earth did she have the actors voice the lines of their characters dialogue when it wasn’t their chapter????? that gave me such an extreme ick i couldn’t make it past the second chapter. i’m inclined to dnf but there’s a chance i read this as a physical copy instead. maybe.

i became a bookseller primarily because i knew that bookstores get ARCs and i wanted to be able to read the new CMQ early. i wish i was kidding but that was literally the driving force for submitting my application.

i cant be the only one who really dislikes this book right
