Aghhhhhhhhhhhh. I can’t stand it. It’s like the author just watched some real old westerns or something and applied it to her book. I’m from the south. Is that how we actually talk? Because if it is then I’m super annoying.

STTTTAAAHHHHPPP. I’ve met quite a few ranch hands and cowboys in my time and the way Jackson is depicted in this book? Bahahaahahahhahahahaha. What he says and how his accent is written just makes me think of Forest Gump. I’m so sorry. 😭😭

I’m liking it so far. It’s just that Persephone was all about letting Hades explain himself and she was literally just coming at him from the get go. Kinda annoying on that side of things so far.

The book started out good. It was really cute tbh. The men all basically insta-loved this girl. She over here like la Dee I cringed when we got to the first sex scene. Mainly because the scene came up so fast and the sex just wasn’t that great
She also started getting super annoying half way through. I had to take a break from reading. I would just roll my eyes everytime she has a tantrum
