Like the others I've read from her, hard to put down!

This book is sooo good! It's been on my to read for 10 years and I wish I had read it sooner. Amazing read, hard to put down at this point (why must adulting involve working??)
I keep a running list of things I want to research more because my curiousity can be crazy at times, and this book definitely added so many topics.

He did it the first time. Was is the first time? Who knows. But it seemed very easy for him :(

Gotta love a book that starts with a bang :)

I haven't read the original Wizard of Oz, but I watched the movie as a child. Really enjoying this book so far.

Not even 40 pages in and I'm crying :(

I didn't realize how little I knew of the place that's been my home for at least 12 years. This book is informative and beautifully written; sparking a thirst for me to know more about this historic city.

This book is....something.

I'm really enjoying this book so far. For anyone who judges a book by it's cover or in this case title, might come into this expecting it's a manual on the dark side of occultism. Instead, it's a broad explanation of different topics in the occult, from Numerology (the chapters I'm engrossed in now) to Black Masses. The 50th addition copy I managed to find, also has a wonderful introduction from Mitch Horowitz.

Having a hard time with this one. As interested as I am in this topic, this doesn't feel reliable to me and isn't keeping my attention very well, but I'm going to push through.

This is such a good book. Really making me think.
