Started reading the classic Wyoming, a Story of the West, for research. Turns out to be 20 years later than the time I'm looking into, but I'm invested in the narrative and plan to finish the book. Also started The Samurai's Heart, and was pulled into the story right from the start, caring about the characters, and immersed in 1500s Japanese culture.
