I'm struggling right now with this one. At one point she says Counselors and Social Workers "are wonderful and very helpful, but they often have less schooling and experience than, say psychologists and PhDs." As a SW who treats trauma and believes in complex trauma this part of the book is offensive. Any good therapist doesn't just choose the YAVIS and am finding this very unhealthy for others experiencing C-PTSD.
