I am getting so annoyed with Diem. She is acting so childish, and her decisions are so immature. She is not listening to any of her advisor. It’s like looking at a tantrum child stomping feet. I’ll do this my way. Even if it kills me or others. And don’t start me on her love. She has so many prejudices and is living in her past she is not seeing what’s in front of her.
I wanted to shake her and scream

Hmm I am bot sure I’ll finish this. It’s a bit messy story and even though I am a fan of Ms. Webster this one was not for me. I couldn’t connect with characters, I actually disliked Catrina and her decisions were stupid. She is spoiled and bratty. So let’s see if it gets better or I will add it to dnf!

Hmm I couldn’t wait to read this but now there is so much turns and sides I am not sure whose story I am reading any more. So many things doesn’t make sense I hope they will come together in the end. So many unanswered questions and years gone for what purpose exactly? I am starting to skip through the pages which is not a good sign...

Hmm I am not sure I will be able to finish this one. I have a degree in philosophy and am TA psychology counselor but this book is not very scientific. There are some good pointers and reference, it’s not all bad but for a scientific person there is too much religious references, biases, arguments that are so far fetched and references that just don’t make sense for a clinical psychologist.

Hmm Ok I guess this book is not for me. The writing style, the main characters, the plot - it is a bit boring. I could not connect with characters and it is a bit unrealistic. The writing is so so, too much jumping and wanna be suspense, moments with too much details and on the other hand, places where there are required - not enough. So I quit at 40% DNF

Ok I'm hooked. Great characters, messed up, emotional, broody and sexy. Hot scenes with a promise of more....

Ok Olivia is getting on my nerves. She is making stupid decisions and doesn't think a moment before acting.

I hate Anita and Jonas - they are sick and twisted individuals that want to control everybody and they (especially Jonas) is making an excuse with his "Faith and Jesus" - they think they are superior because of their money and influence.
Aldous - I'm still deciding about him, I am curious about his past and his life. I was surprised about his brother.
Carson - her detective skills are a bit lacking...
