I love the way the writer explains the room. I love how I can envision where the mc is at and what she’s feeling. We just got to the hells relm and it’s not as gritty as I thought but comforting maybe too comforting we will see

I’m so confused…. So aelin forged the lock… the gods are gone but how is there still magic in the world? Also aelin has no more power?! And Erwin is still here with Mauve?!?! Does this mean mauve can still glide through worlds?! What did her locking the worlds even do? Feels like it meant nothing besides the god being gone

Who is Dorian havalard?! He is either super smart or magically gifted. They talk about aelin and how strong her powers are but Dorian….. he mimics them all? He’s badass and the love he has for manon OMG goosebumps ugh I love them both I love who Dorian has become I used to think he was a spoiled prince he’s really proven to be more then that

The action! Lorcan and Elide! Finally! Wholly Molly I been waiting on that. Also so sad about aelin power I know it was meant to be but still so sad to waste it. Rowen feels like such a back drop character at this point. My gals elide, aelin, the healer, the ghost leopard, like the girls ruling the war that’s where my heart is right now

Ok tears of joy. Mannon getting her lick back and her grandmother running was all the tea! That scene was amazing! Her and Dorian are so powerful and I can’t wait to see what they do together.

Is anyone else uneasy about the fact we havnt seen anyone from morath. Where is erawen and his army? What are they up to? If aelin told him the wives location what would he do? Does aelin not remember the queens story? Did she not connect the dots?

I really love Prince Sartaq. I’m kind of sad none of the book talks talk about him and faliqu makes me think he’s going to die or they will fade out. But I love his manorism and how he treats her. I love his other ruk family it’s admirable I think he’s one of my favorites at this moment
