Very interesting so far. It's clear the author is proving the nation-states is not working in Africa. Replacing leaders is not the answer. It seems he is calling for a wholesale exchange of the stories that Africans imagine and live out their lives by.

Love this "Gospel novel" as author Christopher Epting calls it. First person story from the writer of the Gospel of Mark's point of view.

This is a book that playfully looks at the classic book "In His Steps," and the recent popular phrase, "What Would Jesus Do?" and adds Derrida's deconstruction theory to the teachings of Jesus, who has a lot in common with Derrida as far as deconstructing the hypocritical powers of His day.
