The focus seems to be a little unspecified. I think the author is just setting a general foundation, but I’m not sure what they’re building towards. There’s also quite a bit of snarky comments about the amount of research and scientific information surrounding the penis compared to the vagina, and while it’s totally justified, it’s a little out of place, given that the book is about the study of the penis.

I'm getting concerned about the story being able to be wrapped up, the plot hasn't really moved forward, but we just jumped ahead in time by three years. Something really spectacular is going to have to happen for me to continue the series.
