I’m struggling with this one. Love Finch. Raffe? Meh.

I love that this series continued with Finch instead of trying to drag on Harley’s story past a satisfying conclusion. Love his character development throughout the series—and he’s just the right amount of snarky balanced with a good heart.

Almost at the point of being put on DNF list. It's so weird, because I love Seanan McGuire/Mira Grant, but I can't get into this. The characters are so flat, the details are confusing, and, at almost halfway through, I've yet to determine a plot. Disappointing!

I feel so confused.

How do these books keep getting better? It seems like it would be impossible, but they do! I've loved Angel from book one, but I am so pleased with her character development. Would have NEVER guessed that judging from the title of these books.

Please don't let this entire thing be about Ali and Cole's effed up teenage romance. I'm seriously about to hurl. Last book was beautifully written with great plot. This is just...bleck.

I picked this up not realizing how sci-fi-y it was, but I'm totally liking it. Why do I get the feeling I'm going to wish the book was longer though?

This book certainly doesn't beat around the bush (it gets right into the action). Seems like it could be interesting...if I can get over the narrator's sloooooow drawl. Yawn.

I'm blaming the fact I'm still even reading these books on my own stubbornness. Seriously. So many possibilities of an actually interesting plot set in Sleepy Hollow have been abandoned in favor of a stupid ass obsessive teen romance. Tragic.

I'm a huge fan of Libba Bray, but Gemma Doyle is getting just a bit...tedious.

I'm really hoping for something that saves this book, because right now I'm getting the "huge waste of time" vibe. Characters seem so stereotypical and flat. Very low-end YA. I'm trying to stay optimistic but not a good omen over a quarter of the way through.

Four books later, I think it's safe to say I'm pretty addicted to this series.

I'm already disturbed and intrigued. I have a feeling it's going to be a long night.

I read through the reviews enough to feel confident that any lovey-dovey romance crap was totally justified and not annoying...but already I'm feeling a little tired of the stereotypical love-hate thing between Addie and Duke.

Tressa has this ability to go from "cute and endearing" to "maddeningly vapid and annoying" in a matter of sentences. I want to like her, but I also want to punch her in her stupid face for being so ignorant.

Mixed feelings. Love: The modern application of Greek mythology. Hate: The "I know he's a jerk and an awful person that has done horrible things to me and my friends...but I WANT HIM!" crap. Love: Phoebe's determination and passion for running. Hate: Phoebe becomes insta-ignorant anytime Griffin is involved.

Stayed up most of the night reading this ARC (I forgot I had it). Very suspenseful and I can't wait to find out what happens next. Not sure how I feel about main character being one of those extreme cases of "I want it all!" (baby + highly demanding career). Love the take from inside the journalism industry, though I think it bends a lot of rules for Laura.

Have there already been five of these books? Time flies. This is proving to be just as feel good and fun as the first four (which is totally what I needed right now). A little annoyed w/ Allison's taking Maxie and Paul for granted, but otherwise great.

Why am I dreading picking this book up again? I loved the first one, but the second is seeming tedious. I don't think I'm giving it a fair chance, but seriously...I. Will. Finish.

I'm actually really getting into this series. I see growth in the main character and the plots have been so completely unique.

Honestly I almost read Dark Summer in one night. I'm having a hard time getting into this one. It just seems like it's rehashing the same thing as the first book...Summer/Autumn learning about her magic. Again. I think it will pick up, though.

Good book. A little too much teenage love triangle drama for me, but the characters are genuinely interesting and the plot has thrown in a few twists I wasn't expecting.

I was way excited at the beginning of this book, but it hasn't totally lived up to what I thought it would be. It's not bad, just seems to be a little drawn out and I feel like Leah thinks the world revolves around her. Of course, she's a teenager. Not totally shocking.

I'd been procrastinating this one because I thought the title was corny. Oh my gosh, this is actually a good book so far! Freaking creepy. I was getting chills reading in bed last night.

I would never have picked up this book just by looking at its cover (come on, half naked chick? Corny much?), but since the main character is from where I live, I figured I'd give it a chance. Having a hard time getting into it, but then again I'm not a huge fan of werewolf books. It's not bad or anything (and not at all what I'd expect from the cover), but I just don't feel a connection to any of the characters.

Am I the only one not shitting my panties over the Goodreads review policy "change"? It seems fairly sensible. But maybe I'm just missing the fine print or haven't had any booky author drama to know better.

Just gave up on my fourth book in a row. Either I have horrible luck or the worst case of extended PMS ever.

Today I found out that I can in fact function reasonably well on two hours of sleep. Thank you Allison Leotta. :-)
