Just read about the cruddy pie. Flavia moseyed over to the Three Drakes village inn, pretended to empty a wastebasket in a guest room just to fool around and there was the cruddy pie bit. No fear, it’s wrapped in newspaper in her pocket to analyze whenever she might get back to her home chemistry laboratory.
Right now though she’s an involuntary stowaway in the back of a 100lbs cheese rounds delivery truck

I didn’t realize it would turn into a horror-sci-fi thing. Not my cup of tea at all.

Do u know where u are and why? That us, are u living with God’s revealed will, God’s mysterious, hidden will or journeying along with God on the road of God’s will?
This might be an interesting question.

It’s difficult to understand story.

Difficult to read because in many sentences the subject and verb are separated by long appositive, modifying phrases. One sometimes needs to seek the action word of the sentence. The weird grammar must be matching the weird writing prompts the author was subjected to.

If we fail, will God keep forgiving us? YES HE WILL.
Can we stop doing what we don’t want to do? YES WE CAN.
Can we be sure God won’t give up on us? YES, WE CAN BE SURE.
Is there a way out of this awful earthly struggle? YES There Is.

Marius Tallard is up to something but as a big brother he seems to be zero for dummies.

Easy enough to read.

There’s still a lot of drinking going on, all taken for granted, as if it were healthy. There are about four more books until the end of this series but it’ll be difficult for me to get access to any more Inspector Banks books, in any case.

Booklet start off with the problem discussed Romans 7 where St Paul talks about why we all do everything wrong, like real no-good-niks. And in Romans 8 he begins to explain the ins snd outs of the spiritual situation. Folks, if we believe in Jesus, we are Already in the Heavenly Realm!
