Another year of being disappointed by the GR challenge colour.

It's wild how long this book has been in my periphery. Why it's taken so long for me to read it, I don't know. But I feel like I'm going to love it.

This is peak garbage man literature.

I'm trying to give this one a good shot, but I'm thinking Sally Rooney is just not for me. I don't like the way she writes. It feels very stilted.

I feel like this is going to be one of my favourites of the year.

Where is the "Sanderlanche"? Seriously, there is almost no action is this book.

Bummer that the only female main character is my least favourite character in the series. I think we're supposed to like her, but she's just so detestable.

See, my problem with Brandon Sanderson right now, is that just because he can write 1000 page books, doesn't mean he always needs too. I'm 600 pages into this book & there has been almost zero action. High fantasy is a lot of political intrigue and scheming sure, but not a single action sequence yet?! I hope I don't have to read 400 more pages of conversations, and characters thinking to themselves. Mind boggling.
