God I want to DNF so bad. I can’t tell what’s worse, the random perspective jumps mid chapter, switching the names of a main character half way through and then back again or the repetition of the same line over and over again. “Tracked her like a sniper does a target”. I’ve wasted so much of my life on this book but I’m going to keep going till the bitter end. I’ll suffer so others don’t have to.

Honestly hate this book. The story is all over the place, characters suck, it has no substance and poorly written. It repeats itself, then changes its mind mid sentence. One line is quite literally “I trust him. I understand what he is doing as a father but I don’t trust him,” make up your mind. Honestly want to just stop reading but unfortunately I will carry on to the bitter end.

It’s not great but I’m low-key obsessed.
