But you care about Gabriel’s story? He’s literally the bojack horseman of this book. He acts like he takes accountability but he blames everyone for his fuck ups. His entire life is a fuck up lowkey.

A book might be good but if it starts to get tiring, it is failing. So is the tale of this one.

It’s like if the author points out that the character is aware she’s acting like she’s in a detective story, and it’s so irresponsible and tactless, then we’d all let it go because after all the character and the author are self aware but I’m really having a hard time letting it go.
