Soft DNFing for now.... I fear this book has fallen into arguably my biggest writing pet peeve: making a character do something so wildly out of character purely so the petulant FMC can have a justifiable reason to be upset and bitchy (as if this wasn’t a situation of her own making anyway...), might pick this series back up later, but I genuinely cannot deal with this right now lol
