Gideon Emery needs to narrate alll the audiobooks. Ever.

“Did you enjoy the vegetables?” I ask the steaming vortex of silence beside me as we walk back up the street towards the railway station.
“I thought you were going to roast [your parents] at one point.”
“Sorry, I’m chicken.”

Roughly 100 pages later I'm still giggling.

How very original...a universally reviled, baby-stealing, travelling people called...Romani.
And by original I mean really really gross.
I'm going to try to finish this since I was promised great writing and many plot twists.
