Reading nonfiction is harder for me, so this summer I am training myself to read more of it.

On Peta-Gay and Louise’s chapter and oddly, it gives me The Nickel Boys vibes. It’s the feeling of dread that something horrible is about to happen. Despite the cute cover this book is full of horrors.

This book is already wrecking me 😭 I feel angry that Yahaira and Zoila, and Camino’s lives revolve around a man who is not worth it at all.
