OK, I get why Leafs fans don’t get as riled up when someone chirps their team - but that was before 2021!

I love hockey, both in fiction and the Leafs. Just the Leafs. But I’m having a hard time making progress with this book ‘coz when the author describes something like Matthew’s NHL debut goals, I can’t help but put the book down and just relive the moment on YouTube, even if I’ve already seen it a zillion times. And I desperately want to finish this before the SC Qualifiers roll. Halp.

This is the first time I’m posting a progress update ‘coz I’m stalling. I don’t want this to end. =‘(

Past the 50% point, I kept dozing off. I didn’t like the movie much, and I’ve a feeling I won’t like this book much either.

Look at an item, assess its value (materially and emotionally), then decide wether you’ll toss it or not. And don’t look back. Basically.

I’m not even halfway and it’s already repetitive. Considering dnfing.
