This is really starting to get on my nerves. The premise is fun, but the MMC is very much not my type. (And this is random, but the audiobook narrators also narrated one of my least favorite books of all time, which is a little difficult to move past.)

I’m enjoying the humor in this one. Absolutely ridiculous, and I’m here for it.

I’m not sure why I’m finding this so tedious. There’s a fair amount of drama and intrigue, but I’m not really enjoying my time with it.

I’m really trudging through this one. 😴

McKenna’s sister is the WORST.

I may need to manage my expectations more responsibly.

Not loving the adoption representation in this book. Heirlooms don’t belong to biological descendants any more than to adopted ones. Maybe this issue will get fixed later on.

It’s a little over-the-top, but I’m having fun with it.

I don’t want to get to the third act. 😭 Just keep being happy and cute forever!!!

This author is so funny! I've been listening to the audiobook while shopping, and I keep fighting out-loud laughs in public.

I think the author and I would be good friends. 💕
