Not a fan. Disjointed narrative and descriptive passages. Prose needed a better editor to be more strict with what made it to the final draft.
Also, do we really need yet another “horror” story where women are the targets of extreme violence? Especially in the Native community where it’s already a big problem? Felt entirely gratuitous. I stopped reading after the second incident, mostly from boredom.
