The cover really threw me off. I thought when Flissy was talking about bombing in England that she was "pretending" as a way to cope with her parents abandonment...especially since she carries a stuffed animal around, too. Almost tossed the book aside...but after reading the mixed reviews, I decided not to judge the book by it's cover. Not this one, anyway. :)

This book is hysterical! I love it.

Just starting to get into it.

I got this in my mail box and read the first page...and couldn't stop! A tremendously good start and a new favorite author.

The first 40 pages were a little hard to get into...a pretty long set up. but once the Hero gets going with Black Bisquit...I've not been able to put it down. I read Hells Angels by Sonny Barger and now this is a nice change in perspective.

Getting a lot of good info from this book. Even got my hi-lighter out...that's a good sign.

The characters are well developed and deep. Lots of believable emotion and a fun romp. Super sex is an added bonus...even without it, this story (so far) stands. My dislikes? Bald? NOooooo.

I'm reading this a loud to my girls and noticed right away the short "are-they-chapters?" chapters. I like the lay out. Easy to read in manageable bites.

Very inspirational! I enjoy reading one or two sections a day to get me moving.

Funny and I love lists...bite size pieces of info.

"It's just a house, Kate." Seriously? I find it VERY hard to believe this is the response after the person's house burns down from an angry mob.
