I enjoy the preface and notes from this book, but I didn't realize that the bulk of it would be photocopies of the original (ancient Welsh?) and the only translation would be into Welsh (I think.) While it's very interesting and beautiful, my enjoyment would definitely be greater if I knew more than a half a dozen words in this/these languages.

Surprisingly relevant to the times.

My 14 year old received this for summer reading through the library. However, upon starting it, he was shocked to find an extreme expletive on the 3rd page (actually, there are 4.) At this point, he lost all desire to own, or even read this book. However, holding on to a shred of hope for it, he asked me to pre-read it, and see if it is worth his investment. So that's what I'm doing.
