Uuh, uuh! This one is so good. It is nice to read a good story that has the power to draw one in.

I cannot understand why I ever gave this one three stars. Who knows what I thought back then. But now I love every single word written down

Thus far I have liked the recount of history of different countries and how our monetary-political systems and trends are tied together and how they have changed. And I have no problem with the critique Piketty gives and how he proposes to make our systems more equal. I have an issue with his thesis and how he proves it. His current scope isn't enough per country. Comparison between countries works. (Run out space.)

Loooong book, but interesting. It has made me consider our economy from new perspective. I love all the statistics and historical references.

I have to say this is a slow read. So much information is packaged on a single page, all bitter, awful, sad, and all making me kind of depressed. We are selling our planet for the rich and powerful to make a quick buck in our expense. We don't actually need all the things we buy or some expensive holidays at the other side of the globe. No wonder people are having mental breakdowns trying to keep up with the system.

I am crying. It is absurd how unfunny life can be and cruel and random.

I wish I could bury my head into the sand or hide under my table until it is all gone. But that doesn't solve anything, maybe let me live in a la-la-land. We are weird creatures, you know. It is us who has come up with the system and it is us who have to cooperate with eachother and live on this planet and yet we keep messing it up, just because. Of course nothing is ever that simple, but it isn't impossible either.

This books is weirdly captivating. I picked this book randomly on the audiobook list. At first, I was oh superheroes, I don't really care about them, but I kept listening on and now I am hooked. It is all down to the narration, which makes this even weirder as I don't really care about what will happen to the main character, Anna, or generally in the world, but it is visually and emotionally compelling storytelling.

I love this book! It is both personal and full of cultural, political and biological details about otters. Now I wish I could move to an old mill to observe otters.

Brilliant! I cannot believe I have been putting off reading this book. Also, I don't understand why such a poor raiting. Okay, maybe I can guess, because this pokes fun at good and evil and religion. I still have one word: amazing!

Still reading, but I can't help but think we are using a lot of public money to get mice drunk and stoned.
