Emmie > Recent Status Updates

Ugh! :( Alter Emme's internal monologue is going to knock a full star off a perfectly magical book. Annoying and too frequent. It breaks the mood and disrupts the story.

Now that Emme is in the past she has lost her memory and is receiving feedback from "alter Emme". Theses side bar comments are far too frequent and borderline annoying. It's almost as if the heroine is schizophrenic. Would have been better to create an entirely separate character to provide this character development - or maybe just some magical portal for her to communicate with Jasmine. Either way. Annoying. :(

I like the premise so far. The dialogue is witty and modern without being cliche. The time traveling is clever although getting to that point in the story was a bit drawn out.
