I was going to reread Shadowhunters in the order suggested by Cassandra Clare but there are references in Red Scrolls that don't make sense unless you've read (or reread) the books that were published before it. I'm going to put a pin in this one for now and rearrange my reading order.

Just looked at one of my syllabi and realized I'm supposed to have this book finished by next Friday for a discussion 🙃 ...so that's now 4 things that I have due on the 28th....uuuuugh
In theory I should be able to read this in a few days but I'm a HORRIFIC procrastinator and if I'm TOLD to read something I will inevitably drag the process out for as long as possible

Is there an official schedule out somewhere for this? Because according to the calendar I follow the last one is coming on March 18 but there's NO WAY we're halfway through the story already??? We've only met 3 characters; it's logistically impossible to introduce 4 more, get them altogether, give them time to become a cohesive team, introduce inter-team conflicts, and resolve everything in 5 installments.
