Started last night, only halfway through, already on my favorite first novels list.

Going to be a winner.

I just compiled a new shelf of books that have had a huge impact on my reading and literary life. These are books that I would certainly re-read (and usually have) and have impressed me the most with either their "greatness" or the huge amount of joy I've derived from reading them.
