What happened to the nephew Kyle? How did he even get a nephew as he was an only child? Does Naomi have any family or did she just appear out of nowhere?

So I do enjoy the book but some things are frustrating, such as the author changing how Viktor’s mom died. Did she forget what she put in book 1?

So Tonya apparently has 3 hands or is Houdini as she is able to grab ahold of Heath with 2 hands handcuffed.
