I just finished part one of this book and it is hands down one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever read. I sobbed on the plane reading this.
Yes, it’s about a man turning into a shark but it’s so so so much more than that. It’s about love and humanity and what it means to be human and make art. It’s about spirituality and the meaning of life and our place in the world and what it is that makes us human
