This book had some moments where it was amazing and beautiful, like how he described his ex girlfriend putting lotion on her hands. But I sincerely hope that my dentist is in no way as dark as this one is. Not the best Joshua Ferris but entertaining overall.

Omggggg, 1/3 of the way through, this is such a good book.

The undercover Playboy Bunny story is simply the best thing ever. There has been so much progress in gender equality and worker’s rights, that this feels like a fictional story. Mandatory gynecology exams before they could start work there!!!??

This book was an absolute delight. I love good stories about complex mother/daughter relationships.

Is this basically Harry Styles fan-fiction, yes. But I wanted to be the main character- rich, French and working in an art gallery. The boytoy would just be a plus.

Slow going. Hard to read, but pushing through!

Is this really the same author as “the great alone” and “nightingale”???? So far... rough going. And flat female characters, which is a pet peeve of mine. Hoping for better going forward!
