One of the heaviest books I’ve read. Need to be 100 percent attentive and aware when reading each word. Essentially, this book circles around one thing and one thing only - to help your consciousness know itself knowingly, to let go of everything else. Started giving up after 15 percent of the book, but after around 20 percent it gave me a sense of calm. Will keep reading. But not whole book at once
