V predictable, and the “twists” aren’t really twisting for me, but it’s ok so far . . . Reading for the sake of Revere Public Library book club.

No real notes so far. Just curious why protagonist name switched. Maybe protagonist wasn’t who I thought it would be?

Still not sure how I’m feeling about this storyteller, and thus the story…

A little confused after new characters were introduced, but still trucking along.

Had some realizations and queries today. Glad Sasha mentioned reading and I picked this up again.

Protagonist’s voice is a little annoying, but I expect I’ll get into it as it goes.

Still engaging, still feels light.

Engrossing read for a blizzard day.

Writing style leaves a little something to be desired if looking for a literary voice. The amount of shock and confusion I’m experiencing while reading is not quantifiable.

Just reading to finish, not really enjoying the “twists” as they are revealed.

Still enjoying the writer’s plot much more than the romance one. 🙄

Not surprised by any plot development so far

Annoyed by the romance bits, much more interested by the other narrative.

I don’t love the writing style, but I am interested to see where the story goes.
