I begun to read this book, because its on a majority of feminist book list. At this point I am not sure what i should think of this book. To use the dynamic between male/female human beings as a metaphor for colonisation of Africa or other continents is, in my opinion, too much of a reach. 3/5 Points so far.

This book is like a korean Drama! You have everything in it, a mean mother, abounded main lead, best friendgroup, trust issues and a romance. The only thing that is missing is a kimchi slap.
