I'd probably quit if this wasn't for book club.

Great narration of well-written stories about good and evil in northern Minnesota.

I'm glad I listened to the audio book because I might have given up on a paper or ebook. It was interesting but also depressing to realize the ecological disrespect written about in this book is mostly unchanged 60 years later.

Good story but I should've written down a list of characters because I got confused as the story jumped around in time.

ROTFL. Maybe not his best work, but it was exactly what I needed to read.

Well-written, excellent story. Looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

Interesting but strange book especially since it's based on a true story. I listened to audio version and the narrator was very good, sounded like the young girl from whose viewpoint the story was written.
