After watching the trilogy once again, I had an itch to reread the books. I read The Hobbit not too long ago, but I haven’t read LotR since my teens. And being almost ten years since my last read through, it’s turning out to be almost like reading it for the first time again. Tolkien’s prose isn’t ceasing to amaze me! I’ve been stopping to read sentences over again just because the way he wrote them is beautiful.
