This was a very interesting textbook. I’ll have to chew this over once more after improving my communication skills, seriously though listening is an important skill and the author does talk about that.

The Interpersonal Communication book by Stephen Devito has very intriguing subjects which have a neat formatting system. There are mini glossaries at the end of each chapter. The book itself discusses culture, family, and work life.

I found this book challenging as well as entertaining.
The author offers some background history on kaizen as it related to business culture in Japan. This book is full of humour and practical guidance for anyone, I'd recommend it.

This book inspired me to take up a morning reading ritual in which i read a chapter of a book every morning as soon as i wake up. Works better than rat traps !
