Jeremy is on page 150 of 352 of Frozen 2: Dangerous Secrets: The Story of Iduna and Agnarr
I'm putting in the work, getting inside Agnarr's repressed little mind! From here until Frozen closes at the Imperial, don't even ask me how I am--I'll be too busy concealing-not-feeling!

Only one third of the way through but I want to clip out and frame the William Goldman chapters. Transcendent sports writing, hilarious, poetic, musical! He's off the map!

Mike Lupica is doing a good job too, carrying as he is the bulk of the narrative, but his style is much more workmanlike and bound by journalistic standards.

I was thinking Eugenie Danglars and her music teacher were queer-coded, but at this point, it's not even coded lol How did I not notice the obvious lesbians when I first read this book? lol

Aweille! I know this is the exact opposite of what Dumas is trying to say, but revenge has never been so sweet!

Some day I hope to rise from the grave, present myself to my enemy and have them stumble out of my house in terror, screaming my name. Then as they return to their home, they discover that their own family has abandoned them because I was so in the right.

Pretty neat that one of best chapters in the book includes the earliest recognized description of locked-in syndrome (31 years before the first clinical report and over 100 years before the syndrome had a name), and it serves as a crucial plot point.

Also, hacking in 19th century Thrillers: Bribe the civil servant who runs the telegraph machine with a nicer garden, so he sends fake news and disrupts the market.
