Why

Svidrigailov is in the walls.

Feels like a turning point.

Razumikhin trying to fight Luzhin towards the end of the chapter lol.

Thought Rodya would’ve been persuaded easily by Svidrigailov’s offer since they both don’t like Luzhin, but it’s nice to see Rodya with his sister’s best interests in mind above all else.

Fever dream type of chapter. Raskolnikov was being shouted at by people, being followed, seeing dead people, and then wakes up with a stranger in his room. All of the typical nightmarish stuff, lol.

Saved by Razumikhin at the end. Really great chapter; hearing about Rodya’s article was really interesting, and seeing his thought process behind it being dissected by everyone even more so.
