i really get what Lena Jeong was trying to like make a story out of. I'm going to say this is her first novel and im highly expecting much better things from her in the future. but it be rough.

If you can't go to the memorial museum, listen to the audiobook

Mom's fighting terrorism. Not a bad idea, I'm a mom too. But it's dry and often over repeating. Oh and while it doesn't affect the book itself, the audiobook narrator is monotone and I had a hard time playing difference between characters and mood.

The side story with Jake and Sadie is looooonng and feels a bit unnecessary imo. I keep thinking to myself, when are they going to get to the actual plotline?

January is actually insufferable

it is a really slow burn, and 4 books into 1, thats why its so many pages

This is one of the best book that I have ever read.
