Why is will’s voice so low in the audiobook? That is not even close to a 13 year old.

Why is will’s voice so low in this book? Did they switch voice actors or something?

Ready to meet my boy, Will Parry, again.

Just to be clear, love Lyra as well, but it’s like Lois Lane and Superman. Lois is so high she is unrankable, and Superman is top of my list.

What’s up with this book and having exposition men that show up and tell Lyra what’s going on? The professor is the worst and most obvious though.

Can he let Lyra do some of this stuff on her own? She basically never talks in these couple chapters.

Chapter 7 is just pure exposition. It’s so fucking boring, Lyra basically doesn’t nothing while people exposit stuff that other people could have told her and waste time that could have been used to do more interesting things.
