I read a few reviews so I wasn't going in blind. I already know about certain scenes.
I haven't read a Shen book in ages. I know how her male characters and how they're written. Some are d*cks. And some are D*CKS! But I'm still going in. Also, I'm always on the lookout for deaf/Deaf characters. And a certain "other" trope as well.

Some "light" reading for this Thanksgiving holiday.
Nothing screams gobble gobble like a dark villain ready to gobble up his girl.

I lucked out twice with back to back books with really good banter.
I should start playing through lottery.
Let's hope the rest of this story keeps going strong.

Started off real strong with these two.
I am all into Endo and Scarlett's banter.

All I want is for Everly and Isaac to be together and live happily ever after already. They'll already been through so much.
I'm trying to hold myself back from reading the end. Ah!

Phantom of the Opera closed here in NYC in 2023 but apparently it's still alive in this book. I guess we'll go with it.

Finally they did the deed! After so many interruptions, I thought it would never happen.

Lillie's birthday is the same as mine: January 29th!
I've never read any character with my birthday. Automatic 5 stars! Ha

Started off strong, but seems to be dwindling. Let's see what happens next.

When I tell you PLOWED thought his book, I INHALED these pages. It's the kind you go sleep late for and you wake up at the butt ass crack of dawn for.
Half way through book one. Let's see what the second half has in store for us.

I took a break from organized crime for a bit. Here I am again right back in the bratva. However, seems this story has a little bit of everything, even some chuckle humor amongst the brothers.

I couldn't wait for the new year!

When I tell I plowed though this book, I did minimal sleeping so I can keep reading. It's. That. Good!

All I want for Christmas is to read! Does my family not know already that when I hide away, it's because I want to keep reading my book?!?!

It's that time of year! Christmas time is for those last minute reads that really grab you by the balls and squeeze the feelings out of you.
