i like that it’s long and very slice of life with some deadlines looming making a natural source of conflict. i like the long length and just regular things happening bc i feel like i’m in that small town and getting to know griffin and beverly really well.

scratch that. the next presidential election is 2028 and aoc is basically jo sessego. it’s awful how the book mirrors current us politics.
