This title might remind you of self help books like "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**k" and other such books with catch-all, cliched phrases made to promise a breakthrough that's never there.

I picked this because Steven C Hayes created the psychological modality of ACT. So glad I picked this up. One of the few moments when self help is more embodied. One of the few moments when the book title can be misleading.

Really interesting and intriguing pieces exploring the Jungian concept of the "shadow" from different perspectives. Taking my time to dig through this one.

Having fun reading this. A collection of lucidly written accounts of misery, enlightenment, drugs, sexuality, death and everything in between. Big fan of the writing that is as effortless as a feather floating in mid air.

Really having fun reading this. Beautifully connects metaphysical energy models with Jungian psychology. One of the most profound books I've read.

One chapter down. Mind has been shattered like a brittle illusion. This book is hard to read. But once you break in. It's so revealing.
