Getting back into it again. Not a big fan of the work plot but the writing is worth it

Really good so far. Easy to follow. Slow paced but intriguing. Main character is clumsy and improper and very relatable :) good fall vibes.

A good audiobook, different narrators. So far it’s enjoyable. Fun and easy

Friends I picked up a real book that I bought from à real indie bookstore that I am reading with my handS someone be proud of me.

Ok no but I love this man’s writing. It is beautiful. It is soul touching. Gets you out of a reading slump not with its action but for how it pulls you in and makes you see the world again. Anti depressants.

Page one. Poem one. I am crying. This is not unusual for me. I am so lucky to get to love him.

I went back to see what I missed and then made it further. Seems like it should be my thing but I’m not wholly convinced. Still it’s easygoing and yes, that is what I want right now.

Maybe it’s not the right time. Maybe the audiobook is somehow making me annoyed. But I’m not loving this. I think I’ll have to go back a ways and pay attention properly because I stopped really at like 10% in snd now I’m at 32 oh no. Or we DNF. But it’s well loved so maybe I keep with it. Seems like a comfort read which I actually could use

I would love to start another book, but I would also love to finish a book so I am raining in my impulses to finish this book. Soon, hopefully although my current actions do not speak for tomorrow’s interests. 🤡
