i have no idea whats going on, but the lack of communication in the relationship of dolores and david is actually choking me i hate it why are neither OF YOU SAYING ANYTHING OMG

so far i am loving this book. ive realised that i really enjoy books and films with a mundane and boring subject. thats not to say the book is actually boring, its just that nothing has actually really happened. we're just following along with a woman who is having an affair and hangs out with her friends once in a while. the affair part might seem exciting but its just another thing that happens really.

jaw has been agape countless times already. oof

well that was a massive reading slump for me. started reading 2nd march, finished 24th june. oof

so far so good. wife is sad husband compared her to a clementine. fair enough man, clementines suck!
only annoying thing i can mention rn is the title. every god damn time i look at cover and title "my huband" all i hear in my head is "me and my husband we are doing better, its always been just him and me together". love mitski, but this is becoming very annoying very quickly

this shit is fucking weird and i LOVE it! belle, girl, this shit is a cult, like come on honey. and why the hell do you like tom cruise so much. hes a flop. i wish another celeb had been used as her obsession, because then i could better visualise and feel her obsession lol but still good

part 2. was rough.i hate how pretentious nick is. i hate his stupid fucking list. i hate that he baits her in every time. alisson doesnt have the power, yet he insists she does. he degrades himself for a second to get pity and then lashes out at alisson. like shut up and go to prison already

so happy to have read lolita first, considering its a big part of the grooming process in alisson's memoir.
part 1 was already heartbreaking and im nervous for part 2. i hate how the power dynamic is so clear as a reader and adult, and how mr. north takes advantage of a young girl clearly struggling and vulnerable. it makes me sick, but its such a good read

love this book. its starting to get quite sad, but like good sad cause jodie is back!
but now im once again crying at work and im starting to feel things and tate and kya are clearly soulmates, but i will never forgive tate because he is a coward and kya deserve the world
