Carmen > Recent Status Updates

So, I started bc it kept popping up on recommendations but I wasn't a fan of the beginning: too abrupt, 5 seconds insta love/lust, and even though characters are supposedly 18+ most of the time I think they are barely high schoolers... I suppose the present tense narration is trying to place us in the same head space as Jade but it's not really working for me rn.
I'll give it a few more chapters, we'll see.

I'm enjoying the book, but there are a few things that I'm still waiting for like.... I don't know, alibi? Real communication between Vic and Simon? Lol they do think and worry about each other but man, both need to wake up.

(When did I started this???? Because I am not reading it 0_o)

I'm just reading the books by the authors I love :) I'll read the rest if I have enough time XD
