Hello all! 👋 I've been missing from Goodreads this year, mostly because life has been complicated and busy and something had to give. But I have been reading and I think I made my goal of 50 books. I am going to try and post them before year end. No elaborate reviews, just a sentence or two of what I remember. Not sure what 2020 will bring, but I will feel better knowing I got 2019 properly wrapped up.

i'm not sure i'll get through this entire biography, but at this point JS comes off as a fraud and effective gaslighter.

This is not the experience I was hoping for with this book

Are there any translations of Lucretius that are understandable to mere mortals and do it justice?

To think I almost gave up on Especially Heinous, glad I stuck with it.

Inventory: this one made me think of Station Eleven.

Hank and Frank should be published as a standalone short story. It’s a mini masterpiece.
