constantly on the verge of dnfing but i got too far to quit

i have a lot of thoughts (romance is severely lacking so far WHICH I DON'T MIND AT ALL, no clear plot (more like random quests?) HOWEVER i'm really enjoying it? we'll see)

i feel like this was definitely better as a fic (not that i would know, i've never read it), the dynamics just don't really work in this setting and without proper previous knowledge of their characters and characterisations it just doesn't hit the same...just me?
but alas, maybe that's gonna change by the end of the book

okay we're getting there (some funny moments (thanks ridoc for saying what every reader has been dying to say), endless quests (which are giving me crave/crush/whatever vibes ngl --> we retrieved this to do this and with that we're going to do another thing)
