An important book for Adventists who may revere, abhor, or ignore Ellen White. This book looks at new historic and literary research, asking hard questions about what Ellen White's legacy and place should be in our church today. It does not shy away from difficult discussions, which might make it uncomfortable to those who prefer a hagiography. But it also does not unnecessarily throw out the baby with the bathwater.
