Not even 60 pages and I’m already tearing up. Kelly’s writing is addictive and therapeutic and so incredibly moving.
She captures such immense tension in the most beautiful way. Also it’s a small thing but I applaud and am in absolute awe of the finesse with which she moved between tenses throughout each chapter.
I cannot wait to finish my shift at work and then go home and read 😂
