I love how Maru Shelly describes everything poetically.
Such a beautiful language.

I love the stories. Heartwarming and the writing is so good. But I find it’s difficult to keep reading at once. Ive been reading a story or two a day and it’s going good.

The stories are so good! I've been reading oscar wilde books this month, Importance of being Earnest, The Canterville Ghost and now this Oscar Wilde Fairytales. He is extremely talented in writing epic short stories which can move the reader. So far all the stories in this book are great but The Nightingale and the rose, Star Child, Happy prince and The selfish Giant is amazing. looking forward ...

This books is indeed difficult to put down. But I want to savor it. Beautiful writing and I already love the main character Sybil a pure, authentic woman in her 70s. The reader can understand her relationships with family and friends and her feelings, doubts through her letters. Simply beautiful.

I was just checking the book and couldn’t put it down. I don’t see me sleeping tonight. ☺️

So far going slow. Good for a cozy read but expected more.
